Oct. 14

• At 10:36 p.m., pedestrian versus auto on Interstate 55, mile marker 91.
• At 11:25 p.m., emergency medical service in the 400 block of North Lincoln Avenue.

Oct. 15

• At 4:56 a.m., emergency medical service in the 100 block of West Chestnut Street.

Oct. 16

• At 1:18 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1000 block of Oak Street.
• At 10:53 a.m., emergency medical service in the in the 1100 block of Perkins Street.
• At 7:13 p.m., emergency medical service in the 300 block of Country Club Drive.

Monday

• At 1:29 p.m., emergency medical service in the of 2300 block of Ellis Street.
• At 8:36 p.m., emergency medical service in the 400 block of North Lincoln Avenue.
• At 11:36 p.m., emergency medical service in the 100 block of Jefferson Avenue.

Tuesday

• At 11:04 a.m., emergency medical service in the 2200 block of Main Street.
• At 2:34 p.m., emergency medical service in the 700 block of Fourth Street East.
• At 4:09 p.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of East Maple Street.
