Arrests
Dameon Wayne Oakley, 19, of 127 Kona, Benton, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a city of Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Brian Keith West, 38, of 312 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear and a Mississippi County warrant for probation violation.
Dustin Shawn Metzger, 24, of 2104 Big Bend Road, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a city of Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
Melanie Dawn Woodruff, 26, of 916 Nickey, Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
Summonses
Varonnica P. Murphy of 2913 Annwood, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Thursday on suspicion of failure to yield.
Melissa Ann Tackett, 33, of 624 Louis, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Thursday on suspicion of an animal at large.
Brent William Neader of 919 Odus Drive, Jackson, was issued a summons Thursday on suspicion of failure to maintain a single lane of traffic.
Delia Campbell Spillers, 33, of 227 S. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Friday on suspicion of a leash law violation.

An assault was reported Friday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

Thefts
A wallet and contents were reported stolen Thursday at 2935 Lynwood Hills Drive.
A cell phone was reported stolen Thursday by Sprint PCS, 204 N. Kingshighway.
A vehicle was reported stolen Thursday at 3002 Themis. A suspect was placed in custody pending filing of formal charges on the complaint.
A Playstation, DVD player, stereo receiver and DVDs were reported stolen Thursday at 631 North St.
Computers were reported stolen Thursday at 322 Morgan Oak.
A cell phone was reported stolen Friday at 509 S. Ellis.
Gasoline was reported stolen Friday from D-Mart, 3276 William.
