* Tanner A. Fritz, 22, of 1606 Bessie St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no headlights.

* Christopher R. Roth, 20, of Chester, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a flashing red light.

* Erin M. Morrison, 23, of 1531 New Madrid St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to obey traffic control device.

Arrests

* Alice D. Eaker, 42, of 3653 Old Route V, was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance, operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, driving on the sidewalk and prohibited acts.

* Brett E. Thomas, 39, of 536 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for bad checks.

* Ricky A. Nancy, 40, of Whitewater was arrested on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.

* Misty R. Edmonds, 29, of 1335 Amblewood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for no operator's license.

* John R. Dee Francis, 18, of 1080 S. Silver Springs Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Kelton J. Fairley, 34, of Kiln, Miss., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Eddie Jones, 32, of St. Louis, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for speeding and driving while suspended.

* Nancy R. Edwards, 38, and Robert E. Edwards, 42, both of Perryville, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Lawrence V. Wesley, 44, of an unknown address, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for receiving stolen property.

* Danny Rue, 42, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Matthew P. Cole, 29, of Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Darrell M. Isaac, 21, of 213 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for driving while suspended.

* Michael C. Lehmkul II, 23, of 126 Green Acres Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat-belt violation.

Thefts

* Annie Kate's, 709 Broadway, reported a stolen stroller.

* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported the theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported two thefts of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported two thefts of gasoline.

* Jasper's, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline. One person was in custody in connection with the complaint.

* An attempted theft was reported at 916 N. Cape Rock Drive.

* A theft and tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at Marietta Street and Clark Avenue. Jesse C. Essner, 19, of 520 Koch Ave., and Corie L. Buckner, 18, of 2858 Whitener St., were arrested and a 16-year-old boy cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* A theft was reported at 1901 Independence St.

* A CB radio and cash were reported stolen and a vehicle tampered with at 2424 Terrie Hill Road.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Clothing was reported stolen at 501 S. Silver Springs Road.

* A license plate was reported stolen.

* Newell's Automotive and Muffler, 144 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of tires and rims and a broken window.

* A burglary and theft were reported at 144 S. Sprigg St.

* Trespassing was reported at 1441 N. Main St.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* Forged checks were reported at 1701 Lacey St.

Jackson

* Jimmy L. Wiseman, 43, of 1444 Main St., received a summons for driving while suspended.

* Property damage was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* Kevin L. Sanders, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Kathryn G. Drury, 47, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway with sufficient width.

Arrests

* Matthew C. Davis, 23, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

* Becky R. Halbrook, 44, of Millersville was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear for passing a bad check.

* David S. Halbrook, 32, of Millersville was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear for passing a bad check.

* Freddy Herrera, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

* Kristen M. Derousse, 34, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for domestic assault.

* Mark D. Freeman, 52, of Marquand, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.
