The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Anthony G. Southall, 24, 7107 Highway 34, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault of a law enforcement officer.

Anthony Fisher, 35, 514 Mill St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

Angelia J. Hanson, 20, 515 Cape Meadows Drive, Apt. 15, was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for failure to appear for trial.

Kenneth T. Campbell, 17, 7115 Ranney Ave., was arrested on city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine and costs for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, two city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for leaving the scene of an accident and contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for no car insurance, a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for no operator's license, a city warrant or contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for resisting or interfering with an arrest, a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for possession of a controlled substance, and on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for failure to appear in court.

Huruh Lee Bankhead, 36, 1222 Hilldale Circle, was arrested on a warrant from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for probation violation.

Joshua Gray Robertson, 24, 1201 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary and stealing.

Brenda Diane Hail, 38, 111 N. Clark St., Apt. 6, was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay back fines for driving while intoxicated.

Summonses Kenneth T. Campbell, 17, 715 Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for resisting arrest.

Danny W. Sadler, 55, 11414 Highway 77, Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for stealing following a theft at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Thefts A tow dolly was reported stolen from Budget Truck Rental, 1915 Golden Eagle Court.

A hair dryer and clothing were reported stolen from 447 N. Main St.

A camera was reported stolen from 619 Koch St.

Hub caps were reported stolen from Lorimier and William streets.

A Sony PlayStation was reported stolen in a burglary in the city.

Cash and a stereo were reported stolen from Cape Small Animal Clinic, 210 S. Christine St.

Property Damage

A balcony door window was reported broken at 2863 Whitener.

Miscellaneous

An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for sexual misconduct.

A check was reported forged at 1109 Merriwether St.

A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for truancy from school and for protective custody.

A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault.

A white 1993 Chevrolet was towed from Mount Auburn and Silver Springs roads.

Three boys, ages 12, 13 and 14, were cited into juvenile court on 13 instances of stealing.

DWIs

William C. Diggs, 21, of Delta, was arrested Aug. 29 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Timothy J. Kilhafner, 23, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Douglas L. Brown, 42, of Jackson was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Jessica A. Koeper, 19, of Jackson was arrested Aug. 27 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of possession of liquor by a minor and failure to stop for a stop sign.

Scott A. Licare, 45 of Jackson was arrested Aug. 28 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault and resisting arrest.

Stephen W. Hamblin, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Aug. 29 on Stoddard County warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of speeding and failure to appear for original charges of speeding and driving under revocation, and on a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

Diane S. O'Kelly, 53, no address given, was arrested Aug. 20 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and driving under revocation.

John J. Johnson, 43, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Perry County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jackson

The following items were released Friday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

Elvis Simmers, 36, 1405 S. Farmington Road, Apt. 6, Jackson was arrested Thursday on a Dunklin County warrant for non-support.

Thefts

Thefts were reported Thursday in the 200 block of South Union Avenue and from a vehicle in the 200 block of South High Street.

Theft was reported Thursday in the 600 block of East Adams Street.
