Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Joseph Barry Schranck, 21, of 75 Fairmont Drive, Alton, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests

* Belinda K. Garrett, 44, of 404 N. Lincoln St. Apt. 3, Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Christopher Michael Johnston, 20, of 1122 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for suspended operator's license, failure to pay fine for failure to appear and failure to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Justin Cortez Wiseman, 20, of 21 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for delivery or concealment of contraband.

* Antonio Nathaniel Blackmon, 32, of 3003 Themis St., Apt. C, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.

* Darren Michael Ruppert, 21, of 471 D. Adrian Court, Godfrey, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

* Mikell Dwayne Abraham, 18, was arrested on five Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for stealing and possession of alcohol by a minor, contempt of court for failure to appear, contempt of court for possession of controlled substance, failure to appear for suspended operators license and for probation violation.

* Dustin Lynn Sitzes, 29, of 200 Estate Drive, Apt. 166, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a revoked license.

* Anthony Paul Evans, 22, of 206 Summit, Apt. 1, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Edward Byard Pierce, 50, of 502 N. Hope St., Jackson, was arrested on a warrant for driving while revoked, failure to comply with court ordered ignition interlock.

* Stacy Ann Reid, 31, of 1400 W. West End Blvd. Apt. 24, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for speeding and on a Lincoln County warrant for passing bad checks.

Summons

* Keith Edward Morris of 710 Penny Ave. received a summons for no proof of insurance.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.

Thefts

* Stereo equipment was reported stolen on Jefferson Avenue.

* Car Mart, 1455 N. Kingshighway, reported a 2001 white Ford Taurus stolen.

* A television was reported stolen at 17 S. Hanover St.

* Jewelry was reported stolen at 5 N. Benton St.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway Drive, reported gasoline stolen.

* Cash, credit cards, driver's license and cell phone were reported stolen at 524 Albert St.

* Forgery and a stolen Social Security card, driver's license, miscellaneous credit cards and miscellaneous checks were reported at 19 S. Kingshighway Drive.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported and a television, fish tank, lamp and assorted items stolen at 503 S. Hanover St.

* Burglary was reported and a modem receiver, computer tower, book bag and contents stolen at 237 N. Ellis St.

* Broadway prescription, 710 Broadway, reported attempted burglary.

Miscellaneous

* Driving while revoked and failure to comply with court-ordered ignition interlock device was reported. A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges.

* Fred's, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported two counts of check forgery.

* A blue bicycle was reported found at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

* A 14-year-old was cited into juvenile court for truancy.

* Billy W. Jones, 54, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Cari A. Strattman, 23, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Alex W. Pilener, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Martin D. Heroux, 41, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* William S. Wickham, 40, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Elizabeth A. Eudy, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

* Geoffrey C. Compton, 43, of St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Jeffrey A. Price, 37, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated.

* Robin D. Burnett, 43, of Dutchtown was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for passing bad checks.

* Rebecca K. Coffel, 37, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for failure to maintain financial responsibility.

* Gary L. Powell, 45, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Jason A. Ponder, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

* Pamela S. Moak, 34, of Fruitland was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for seat-belt violation.
