The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* Thomas Floyd Fellows, 49, of 2026 Old Sprigg Street Road, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
* James Brown, 23, of Carbondale, Ill., was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on right half of roadway.
Arrests
* Ricky Nance, 39, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation, a Bollinger County warrant for writing bad checks, a Scott County warrant for nonsupport, and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for bad checks.
* A suspect was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of driving with a revoked license and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Judy Rhymer, 57, of 2800 Pioneer Drive, Apt. 118, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for writing bad checks.
* Lisa Wood, 35, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* Dominic Griffin, 20, of St. Louis was arrested on a charge of stealing sunglasses from Famous Barr.
Thefts
* Rhodes 101 reported the theft of gasoline from 1624 N. Kingshighway.
* Eighteen cases of forgery involving the same victim were reported.
* Shell D-Mart reported the theft of gasoline at 3415 William St.
* Medication was reported stolen from 1232 Linden, Apt. 2.
* Blue jeans and cash were reported stolen from 555 N. Spring Ave., Apt. 5.
* Counterfeit money was reported at Rude Dog Pub, 123 N. Main St.
* A starter pistol, silverware, cordless phone and a flashlight were reported stolen from 1717 Lyndhurst Drive.
Assaults
* An assault was reported at 616 Emerald St.
* An assault was reported in the downtown area.
Property samage
* A window was broken at 115 N. Main St.
Summonses
* Justin Grayson, 20, of Jackson was issued a summons for trespassing and possession of a controlled substance.
* Steven Allen, 56, of Norris City, Ill., was issued a summons for trespassing.
Miscellaneous
* Interference with custody was reported.
* A bicycle was found in the 700 block of South Ellis Street.
* Interference with child custody was reported.
* A 16-year-old was taken into custody.
* A bicycle was found at 134 S. Sprigg St.
* Telephone harassment was reported.
* Failure to return a borrowed vehicle was reported.
* A cell phone was reported missing from 3439 William St.
* Interference with child custody was reported.
* A cell phone was reported as lost at 1333 N. Sprigg St.
