Arrests

* Frederick Dwayne Walker, 25, of 245 N. Park Ave., was arrested on suspicion of tampering, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and animal abuse.

* Bradley Scott Hobbs, 35, of 3954 Route N, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny and on a Jefferson County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

* Elton Ray Provo, 38, of 906 Fifth St., Scott City, was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

* David R. McNish, 42, of Vandalia, Ill., and Kenneth D. McNish, 30, of Maderi Beach, Fla., were arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Ronald L. Gammon, 57, of 1211 College St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Natalie Nicole Giles, 25, of 1101 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau Municipal warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine.

Summons

* Jack C. Trickey III, 22, of 444 Washington Ave., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported at 1103 S. Sprigg St. Mannuel Tramez Ware, 25, of 805 S. Sprigg St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

* Stealing by deceit, phone services, was reported at 1837 Cypress Drive.

* Kmart reported stealing. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.

Property damage

* Cape Video, 510 Broadway, reported a sign with neon glass tubing damaged.

* A tire was reported punctured at 728 S. Ellis St.

* A window was reported broken at 1101 Jefferson Ave.

* Failure to register as a sex offender was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St. A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges.

* A red 1997 Pontiac Sunfire was reported abandoned at 1000 Big Bend Road.

* Rent One Store 57, 610 S. Kingshighway Drive, reported failure to return rental property.

* Counterfeiting was reported at 3449 William St.

* Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported. Two subjects were taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.

Jackson

* Stealing was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Darrell S. Francis, 39, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Travis L. Burke, 30, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary and stealing.

* Larry W. Lancaster, 28, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

* Jason A. Grisby, 39, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault and driving while intoxicated.

* Cynthia L. Koerner, 23, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary and stealing.
