DWI

* Bradley Shay Lucas, no age given, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Kathleen Mae Morgan, no age given, 115 N. Fountain St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substances.

* Clemon Lee Massey, no age given, 838 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a warrant for receiving stolen property.

* Levelle Detrayous Simpson, no age given, 506 Mason St., was arrested on a warrant for selling controlled substances.

* Lindell Wayne Kinder, no age given, 540 S. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

* Nicholas Keith Traughber, no age given, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

* Kenneth Terrell Campbell, no age given, 715 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a warrant for selling a controlled substance.

* Lattie Andrew Clark, 46, 612 Emerald St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.

* Erica Sue Lesley, 23, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Delorean G. Boyce, 1927 Briarwood Drive, was issued a summons for noise violation and no driver's license.

* Terry Joe Roberts, 173 D St., No. 102, was issued a summons for driving while suspended and failure to have two operating headlights.

* Lakeisha S. Lee, 925 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for failure to secure a child in a safety seat.

* Vernon E. Rhodes, 2237 Boulder Crest, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Todd Douglas Limbaugh, 18, of Jackson, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Artie Pearl Nicholson, 63, 100 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for depositing solid waste in a Dumpster other than her own.

* Rachel M. Headrick, 1103 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for following too closely.

Assault

* Two incidents of domestic assault were reported.

Theft

* Stealing was reported at 302 N. Middle St.

* License plates were reported stolen at 803 William St.

* Vicodin was reported stolen and windows broken at Southeast Pharmacy, 69 Doctor's Park.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.

* A PlayStation game and Bibles were reported stolen at 104 Vantage Drive.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.

Property damage

* Eggs were reported thrown on a car in the 2600 block of Hopper Road.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 322 S. Lorimier St.

Miscellaneous

* An ex parte violation was reported at 1211 Linden St.

* A probation violation was reported at 3463 Armstrong Drive.

* Child abuse was reported at 421 Sheridan St., No. 71.

* A 26-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 111 S. Broadview St.
