The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests to do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Trina R. Fuller, 33, of 1721 Cape Meadows Circle, received a summons for driving while impaired and operating a motor vehicle with a permit without having a licensed driver present.

* Ryan M. James, 32, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while impaired and failing to drive on the right half of the road.

Arrests

* James R. Hendrix, 30, of Fruitland was arrested on a Warren County warrant for tampering with a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture.

* Michael C. Adams, 24, of 1721 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* Eric G. Kilby, 25, of 2104 Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

* Eric E. Criddle, 21, of 622 Jefferson Ave., received a summons for failing to maintain property free of litter and trash.

Burglary

* Mollies Cafe & Bar, 11 S. Spanish St., reported a burglary. Alcohol was reported taken.

Thefts

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1238 College St.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 235 Honeysuckle Lane.

* Sears, 2102 William St., reported CDs and headphones being stolen. A 14-year-old boy was cited in juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* Theft of cigarettes and car damage was reported at 3439 William St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 2869 Hopper Road.

* Bi-State Sourthern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* A broken window was reported at 511 Bellevue St.

Miscellaneous

* A cell phone was found at 2767 Hawthorne Road.

* Failure to maintain a property free of litter and trash was reported at 433 S. Hanover St.

* Christine N. Roberts, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

* Albert J. Begley, 20, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

* Gary W. Kluesner, 25, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

* Justin M. Jones, 21, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Hugo L. Rodriguez, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Randy S. Whitworth, 31, of Scott City was arrested on a warrant for probation violation and nonsupport.

* Adam J. Rose, 24, of Morley, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation, stealing a motor vehicle and probation violation, stealing.

* Stephen A. English, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on an Independence, Mo., warrant for burglary.

Summonses

* Sheena R. Wyatt, 19, of Scott City received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Jeryd M. Brumbaugh, 19, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for sexual misconduct and property damage.
