Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, improper license plates, resisting arrest, possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Ali Rezwan, 25, of 1130 Oak Ridge Court, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding, no operator's license and no proof of insurance.
* A 32-year-old man was in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated and no proof of insurance.
* Adam C. Rose, 20, of 1710 N. Sprigg St. 209D, received a summons for driving while intoxicated.
* Sarah R. Auchly, 21, of 1326 N. Sprigg St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
* Dustin J. Renfrow, 20, of West Plains, Mo., received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane of traffic.
* Velma L. Wiseman, 39, of 412 S. Hanover St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
* A subject was in custody for driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.
Arrests
* Mark A. Stites, 33, of 708 Worley, was arrested on a Parma, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.
* Erich C. Montgomery, 22, of 3002 Aspen Drive, Apt. C, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Jimmy L. Bell, 56, of 921 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.
* John A. Tinnon, 44, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on a Butler County warrant for fraud and insufficient funds checks.
* A 23-year-old male was in custody pending filing of formal charges for assault, domestic assault and burglary.
Summonses
* Pamela M. Cissell, 44, of Benton, Mo., received a summons for failure to maintain a property free of high weeds at 612 North St.
* Nicholas A. Tuschhoff, 24, of 700 Normal Ave., received a summons for falure to maintain a property free of high weeds.
* David W. Salzman, 38, of 212 S. Union Ave. Apt. A, Jackson, received a summons for a leash law violation at 1927 N. Kingshighway.
* Christopher J. Radetic, 20, and Timothy P. Mons, 20, received a summons for having a disorderly house at 416 N. West End Blvd.
* Steven M. Taylor, 20, of St. Charles, Mo., received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol and false declarations.
Assaults
* A domestic assault was reported.
* An assault was reported at Butler Street and North West End Boulevard.
* An assault was reported at 1325 Broadway.
* A domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* Basic Fuel, 2551 Bloomfield Road, reported a theft of gasoline.
* A robbery was reported.
* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of clothing. A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint.
* A battery charger was reported stolen at 1220 S. West End Blvd.
* Bluff City Beer, 1101 William St., reported a theft of cash.
* A bicycle was reported stolen in the 400 block of South Sprigg Street.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported two incidents of theft of gasoline.
Burglary
* Heuer and Sons Implement Co., 533 Morgan Oak St., reported a burglary and theft of scrap metal and street lights.
* A burglary and theft of electronic equipment was reported at 1821 N. Main St.
* A burglary and property damage was reported at 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive, Apt. 11. Electronic equipment, a mattress and figurines were reported stolen.
Property damage
* The paint was scratched on a car at 1420 Independence St.
* A wooden rocking chair was reported damaged at 1812 Greenbrier Drive.
* A window was reported damaged at 513 Amethyst St.
Miscellaneous
* A subject was reported placed in protective custody at 1701 Lacey St.
* An accidental injury was reported in Arena Park.
* A runaway juvenile was taken to the juvenile detention center.
* A subject was placed in protective custody at Luce Street and Louisiana Avenue.
* A subject was placed in protective custody at 1444 Independence St.
