Arrests
* Gregory M. Benn, 46, of 627 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of misuse of 911 service.
* Frederick D. Walker, 25, of 245 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for walking in the roadway.
* Beth A. Bolwin, 27, of 21 W. Village Drive, was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* William R. James, 35, of 919 Lexington Ave., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for expired registration.
Summonses
* Theon D. Mackins, 22, of 1451 Rose St., received a summons for prohibited acts (noise), driving while revoked and a seat belt violation.
* Nicholas R. Britton, 19, of St. Peters, Mo., received a summons for minor in possession of intoxicants.
* Brennan C. England, 19, of 5 Village Drive, received a summons for prohibited acts (noise).
Assault
* Domestic assault, assault and property damage were reported.
Thefts
* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported two thefts of gasoline.
* Medications were reported stolen at 353 S. Kingshighway.
Property damage
* Windows were reported broken at a step ladder stolen at 1444 Independence St.
* A burnt hole on a passenger seat of a vehicle was reported at 15 S. Pacific St.
Miscellaneous
* A forged check was reported at 1028 N. Sprigg St.
* Wood & Houston Bank, 111 S. Broadview St., reported a forgery.
Cape Girardeau County
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* Anthony Jackson, 39, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
* Cory L. Nugent, 26, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, supplying liquor to a minor and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway causing threat of an accident.
* Timothy A. Dominguez, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding and failure to drive on the right half of the road.
* Julien Weinberg, 21, of Manning, S.C., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Dana M. Williams, 20, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession.
* Michael W. Locke, 37, of Burfordville, was arrested on a Clark County warrant for probation violation for possession of methamphetamine.
* Samuel D. Arbuckle, 44, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for stealing.
* Gena L. Davis, 47, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for possession of controlled substances and driving while revoked and for resisting arrest.
* Ricky L. Clardy, 46, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for nonsupport.
* Levi C. Canoy, 19, of Gordonville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Summonses
* Lorine Campbell, 45, of St. Louis received a summons for displaying plates of another on a motor vehicle, failure to register motor vehicle annually and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
* Larry J. Grimes, 26, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for driving while suspended.
* Michelle N. McGuire, 21, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner by speeding.
Assaults
* Domestic assault was reported. Kevin W. McCallum, 25, of Advance, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
