* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of indecent exposure by urinating in public.

* Jodi L. Walz, 28, 1431 Rose St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Jeremy W. Burgess, 24, of Lake Wappapello, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Oscar Rosas, 28, of 209 Oaklawn, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, no driver's license and failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Douglas E. Ross, 51, 2586 Bloomfield Road, was issued a summons for depositing grass in the street.

* Missouri license plate 069-YCS was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported gasoline stolen.

* Cash and stereo equipment were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged at 3439 William St.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* A window was reported damaged at Ole Hickory Pits, 33 N. Main St.

* Two tires were reported cut at 321 N. Middle St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at Coad Chevrolet, 517 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* A 79-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Patronizing prostitution was reported.

* Failure to return rental property was reported at Cape Video, 510 Broadway.
