Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Cecil H. Quinn, 20, of St. Louis was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court of no operator's license, possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance.
* James N. Edwards, of 404 Bellevue St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
* Keturah Williams, 29, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for speeding, improper registration and no operator's license.
* Brandy S. Hicks-Radica, 24, of 136 West End Blvd., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for revoked operator's license, no insurance and speeding.
* Harold L. Glasscock Jr., 32, of 604 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Crystal S. Gibson, 35, of 392 Estate Drive, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for insufficient funds.
Summonses
* Brandyn L. Tribout, 22, of Tamms, Ill., received a summons for peace disturbance.
* Elizabeth A. King, 18, of Tamms, Ill., received a summons for trespassing.
Assaults
* Domestic assault was reported. One person was in custody pending formal charges.
Thefts
* A 2002 Dodge Stratus was reported stolen at 121 East Rodney Drive.
* A theft was reported at 3012 William St.
* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
Burglary
* An attempted burglary was reported at 1929 Delwin St.
Property damage
* Tires were reported damaged at 250 S. Silver Springs Road.
* Two incidents of property damage and trespassing were reported.
* Property damage was reported.
Miscellaneous
* Two forged checks were reported at 5 S. Henderson Ave.
* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported counterfeiting.
* Counterfeit/forgery was reported at 160 S. Broadview St.
* Harassment was reported.
Cape Girardeau County
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Mark D. Freeman, 52, of Marquand, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Edward G. Williams, 43, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* David E. Todd, 40, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on warrants for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, domestic assault and resisting/interfering with an arrest.
* Joshua A. Gholson, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for minor visibly intoxicated.
* Keturah Williams, 29, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for speeding, no operator's license and improper registration.
* James R. Jones, 29, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary.
