Arrests

* Robert E. Lee Myers III, 29, 1119 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to maintain property free of litter.

* Morgan E. Hellmann, 26, 807 William St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

Assault

* Third-degree domestic assault was reported.

Theft

* A checkbook, cash and money order were reported stolen at 1114 Independence St.

* Jewelry was reported stolen.

* Identity theft was reported.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at 449 S. Kingshighway.

* A PlayStation 2 was reported stolen at 234 N. Lorimier St.

* A theft was reported at 506 S. Henderson Ave.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 865 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device and forgery was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items Friday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Bethany L. Raines, 24, 1906 Marietta St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Allen R. Noltkamper, 37, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Summonses

* Thad C. Schwepker, 33, 5585 County Road 205, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

* Burglary was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 100 block of Sanford Street.

* Forgery was reported in the 200 block of North Missouri Street.

* Loitering was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Harassment was reported on Boxwood Drive.

Cape Girardeau County

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items Friday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Nicholas A. Miller, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* William A. Miles, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Charles E. Nicholas, 47, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
