DWIs
* A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and obstructing traffic.
* Nicholas Perez, 45, of Houston, Texas, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
Arrests
* Clarence Brown, 20, of 412 Koch Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, driving while suspended and speeding.
* Christina A. Janis, 37, of 224 Independence St., was arrested on a Leadwood, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for assault.
* Devin L. Eastman, 17, of 1450 Kingsway Drive, was arrested on suspicion of escape from confinement, resisting arrest, aiding escape of a prisoner and stealing.
* Cedric R. Rucker Sr., 23, of 38 Village Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole absconder.
* Charles B. Sullivan, 39, of 1707 Stoddard St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.
* Shauntel L. Roberts, 17, of 3125 Mimosa Drive, and Amber L. Swander, 22, of 7 N. Benton St., were arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
* Hardy Gaines Jr., 21, of 412 Koch Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Lara J. Flores, 36, of 725 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
Assault
* Domestic assault was reported at Main and Independence streets. J.C. Lamar Brown, 26, of 535 S. Benton St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
Thefts
* Identity theft was reported.
* A Missouri license renewal tab was reported stolen in the Cape Girardeau area.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.
* Cash was reported stolen at 611 S. West End Blvd.
Property damage
* Property damage and the theft of a color television, Nintendo game and videos were reported at 313 N. Fountain St.
* A window was reported broken at 921 S. Pacific St.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 45 S. West End Blvd.
* A vehicle was accidentally dented at 11 S. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous
* A counterfeit $20 bill was reported at 3168 William St.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
Jackson

* Jeffery L. Oliver, 44, of Burfordville, was arrested on suspicion of violation of an ex parte order of protection.
* Jesse L. Beggs, 27, of Bardwell, Ky., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation for assault and resisting arrest.
* Christopher D. Hensley, 21, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for invasion of privacy.
