Cape Girardeau

The following items were release by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Brenda K. Rutherford, 48, of 515 Second St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and improper lane usage.

Arrests

* Daniel L. Roy, 27, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on an Alexander County warrant for aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

* Sherra D. Lewis, 22, of 418 Sheridan Drive, Apt. 10-B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A robbery was reported at 11 S. Kingshighway. David R. Oliver, 40, of 316 Independence St., No. 4, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Rhodes 101 reported a theft of alcohol at 1126 N. Sprigg St. Lisa Savage, 44, of 545 S. Sprigg St., Apt. A, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Two instances of identity theft were reported.

* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Kidds, 1325 Broadway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Jewelry, clothing and sunglasses were reported stolen at 2458 Camel Back Road.

Property Damage

* Vehicle damage was reported at 211 St. Francis Drive.

* Vehicle damage was reported at 134 West Park Mall.

Miscellaneous

* A violation of an ex parte order of protection was reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported.

* Telephone harassment was reported.

* A false police report was filed.

Jackson

The following items were release by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A 15-year-old girl was referred to juvenile authorities on suspicion of assault.

* Kristina M. Schumer, 30, of 611 W. Washington St. was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for selling marijuana.

* A 16-year-old boy was referred to juvenile authorities for possession of marijuana and possession of tobacco products.

Theft

* A sign was reported stolen in the 2200 block of Bent Creek Drive.

Property damage

* A mailbox was reported damaged in the 3200 block of Ridge Road.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was repored in the 1000 block of North High Street.

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 1400 block of Parkwood Circle.

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 500 block of Michael Anna Street.

* A verbal domestic dispute was reported in the 1100 block of Corinne Street.

* A peace disturbance with loud music was reported in the 200 block of West Washington Street.

DWIs

* Don R. Horst, 42, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.

* Dennis J. George, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Hayley J. Yavuz, 24, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and suspicion of excessive blood alcohol content and speeding.

* Gregory Y. Goininan, 28, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree assault.

Arrests

* Scott Pierce, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and robbery.

* James E. Fullenwider, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and driving while revoked.

* Cole W. Willis, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for careless and imprudent driving.

* Estes K. Davis, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and posession of fewer than 35 grams of marijuana.

* Mary A. Bass, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Alexander K. Walker, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Thomas M. Nigro, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for operating a vehicle that emitted excessive noise.
