The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Margaret Brent Ohms, 21, of 2849 Themis St., was issued a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Devin D. Hicks, 19, of 900 Themis St., was arrested on a Boone County, Mo., warrant for writing bad checks; a Cape Girardeau County warrant for writing bad checks; and a St. Louis County warrant for theft of motor vehicle.
* David Eugene Sanders, 40, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Charles Weston Madden Jr., 37, of 1201 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* Shawna Lynn Howell, 19, of 1101 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on five Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and failure to pay fines, and a Cooper County warrant for failure to appear.
* Robert Aaron Carter, 52, of 2959 Aldine, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Summons
* Samuel A. Herndon, 22, of 1413 N. Farmington, Jackson, was issued a summons on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
Thefts
* Gasoline was reported stolen at Ameri-Mart No. 7 on 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.
* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101 on 449 S. Kingshighway.
* A 1997 Mazda Miata was reported stolen in the 100 block of Independence Street.
* A barrel and plants were reported stolen at 722 Woodbine Place.
* Plants were reported stolen at 3555 Pheasant Cove.
* License plates were reported stolen at 2310 Big Bend Road.
* A DVD player was reported stolen at 45 South West End Blvd.
Property Damage
* A mailbox was reported damaged at 2205 Cambridge Drive.
* A garage window was reported broken at 3413 Grandview Drive.
Miscellaneous
* An Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme was reported abandoned at 9 North Park.
* A suicide attempt was reported.
