The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Saturday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Britne Faye Amick, 22, of Scott City, was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Amanda Mowery, 24, of 194 Windser, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Christopher David Patton, 24, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to signal, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a controlled substance.

* Jonny Perez Quintas, 21, of 70 Sheridan Drive, was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a single lane and no operators license.

Arrests

* Gregory James Vanpool, 25, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant. No address given.

* Scotty Hicks, 35, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for parole violation.

* A man is in custody pending formal charges for failure to register as a sex offender.

* Shalonda Dawn Snider, 24, of Alton, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.

Assaults

* Assault was reported at 1 N. Main St.

* Domestic assault was reported at the 600 block of Napa Circle.

Thefts

* Alcohol was reported stolen from Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St.

* Stealing and property damage were reported at 3261 William St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 10 S. West End Blvd.

* A checkbook was reported stolen at 2149 William St.

* Cash and candy were reported stolen from Cape Girls Softball, Arena Park.

* Electronics were reported stolen from 603 N. Sprigg St.

* Furniture was reported stolen at 6 Rivercrest Drive.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway.

Property Damage

* Car paint was reported scratched at 113 Centennial Drive.

* A window was reported broken at the Lutheran Chapel of Hope Student Center, 903 College Hill Place.

Miscellaneous

* A 1995 Chevy Corsica was reported abandoned at 539 S. Middle St.

* A 1985 Oldsmobile Royale was reported abandoned at 824 Good Hope St.

* A watch was found at Capaha Park.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 325 S. Kingshighway.

* A Roadmaster mountain bike was found at Spanish and Mill streets.

* A maintained nuisance was reported in the 500 block of South Ellis Street.

* A white Ford Tempo was reported abandoned at 341 S. Sprigg St.

* Driving while suspended was reported at the 500 block of North Fountain Street
