DWIs
* Charles Jack Green Sr., 38, of 1021 Villa Lane was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and striking a legally parked vehicle.
* Donna Jungers, 46, of Scott City was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.
Arrests
* A person was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of stealing money, property damage and resisting arrest.
* John Bulis, 43, of 508 Greensferry Road, Jackson, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.
* A 41-year-old woman was taken into protective custody at 1701 Lacey St.
* Shauna Neese, 25, of 422 Bellevue St., Apt. E, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court.
* Tanya Sargent, 27, of 422 Bellevue St., Apt. E, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court.
* Ashley Windeknecht, 21, of 1327 N. West End Blvd. was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.
* A person was taken into protective custody in the 500 block of South Ellis Street.
* A person was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and filing a false report.
* Glenda Jones, 49, of 1020 Bloomfield St. was arrested on a charge of prostitution.
* Jennifer Dawn Davis, 35, of 123 Lot Drive was arrested on charges of stealing, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
* Susan Ludolph, 45, of 135 Bessie St. was arrested on a charge of stealing a package of Nicorette gum from Kmart, 111 N. Kingshighway.
Summonses
* Karen Leigh Pate, 42, of 802 Perry Ave. was issued a summons charging her with animal neglect.
* Antwan Walton, 30, of Portageville, Mo., was issued a summons on charges of prohibited acts.
* Stacy Mansfield of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain property in the 1800 block of Ferndale Street.
Thefts
* A cell phone was reported stolen in the downtown area.
* Jasper's, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported the theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.
* A theft was reported at 3439 William St.
* Money was reported stolen from 2206 Cape Rock Drive.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
* A CD player was reported stolen from 1325 Broadway.
* A license plate was reported stolen from 111 N. Kingshighway.
Property damage
* A window was reported broken at 36 N. Spanish St.
* Windows, mirrors and headlight on a vehicle were reported damaged at 839 S. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous
* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported in the parking lot at 45 S. West End Blvd.
* A checkbook was found at Mimosa and Boxwood drives.
