Arrests
* William Todd Tolbert, 29, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear.
* Ronald Supit, 29, 704 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Crystal City, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
* Brittany Marie Baldwin, 21, 1037 N. Middle St., Apt. C1, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall.
* Jamie Renee Lynn, 19, 2540 Hilltop Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall.
* Meghan Blaire Spies, 19, 2221 Earleen Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall.
* Vonetia Michelle Jefferson, 31, 1020 Sturdivant St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.
* Brittany Marie Baldwin, 21, 1037 N. Middle St., Apt. C1, Jamie Renee Lynn, 19, 2540 Hilltop Lane and Meghan Blaire Spies, 19, 2221 Earleen Drive, were arrested on suspicion of stealing at JC Penney, West Park Mall.
* Brittany Marie Baldwin, 21, 1037 N. Middle St., Apt. C1, Jamie Renee Lynn, 19, 2540 Hilltop Lane and Meghan Blaire Spies, 19, 2221 Earleen Drive, were arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wet Seal, West Park Mall.
* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for forgery.
* Ashley Ann Williams, 19, 624 Koch Ave., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
* Patricia Ann Easton, 40, 930 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of damaging a storm door and plants at 900 S. Ellis St.
Summonses
* William Mitchell Corruthers, 55, 231 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for assault.
* Melissa McFall, of Scott City, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light and failure to wear a seatbelt.
* Melissa Tuner, of Jackson, was issued a summons for following too close.
* Sarah Denise Kelley, 28, 3020 Boutin Drive, No. 3, was issued a summons for assault.
* Stacy Klusmeier, of Scott City, was issued a summons for following too close.
Sexual assault
* Forcible sodomy was reported and is under investigation.
Theft
* A blue purse and contents were reported stolen at 3440 Lowes Drive.
* Gasoline was reported stolen at Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway.
* Medication was reported stolen at 1525 Mississippi St.
* A Lexmark printer, DSL Internet hook-up and Hewlett Packard printer/fax machine were reported stolen at 201 Morgan Oak St.
* A Black and Decker saw, Crescent brand socket and screwdriver set, Black and Decker polisher, Pyramid brand charger, stereos and stereo equipment were reported stolen at Zimmer Radio, 2342 Rusmar St.
* Cash was reported stolen at 1021 Southern Expressway.
Property damage
* A double-pane window was reported damaged at 1002 Bloomfield St.
Miscellaneous
* Phone harassment was reported.
* Tampering with a victim was reported.
* Protective custody was reported.
* A peace disturbance was reported in Capaha Park.
* A black man, age 35, was reported missing.
* Protective custody was reported.
* A license plate, number 7F168, was found at 2627 Leroy Drive.
* Failure to return property, a living room set, was reported at Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway.
* Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at 829 S. Kingshighway.

* Kimberly M. Bauer, 37, of Jackson, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
* John D. Debrock, 43, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Qurchan L. Wallace, 31, of East St. Louis, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for sale of a controlled substance.
* Ronald L. Conner, 54, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Probation and Parole Board warrant for parole violation.
* Tyler J. Clark, 18, of Jackson, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear and probation violation and a Bollinger County warrant for probation violation.
* Travis J. Williams, 25, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary and domestic assault.
Summonses
* Jeffrey B. Crader, 23, of Fairdealing, Mo., was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Joshua E. Foeste, 23, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Shannon M. Yarbro, 18, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
* Brent C. Bleche, 17, of Oak Ridge, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving, minor in possession of tobacco and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
* Javier A. Fernandez, 38, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for driving while suspended and failure to stop for a stop sign.
* Kareem E. Hamilton, 26, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
