Arrests
* Mark A. Brand, 17, of 1018 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for possession of controlled substance and fireworks safety.
* Melissa A. Winchester, 35, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license, two seat-belt violations and speeding.
* Adrian C. Johnson, 18, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to appear for stealing.
* Emmanuel C. Harris, 26, of 1463 Watson Drive in Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license.
* Betty S. Johnson, 24, of 802 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.
* Matthew A. Cook, 18, of 1027 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summons
* Michelle K. Allen, 22, of 428 Green Acres Drive, received a summons for a leash law violation.
Assault
* A domestic assault and assault were reported at 1806 William St. Dana A. Phillips, 25, of McClure, Ill., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
Thefts
* One vehicle was reported stolen and another damaged at 602 S. Kingshighway.
* U Kwick Stop, 1700 Broadway, reported the theft of money and two thefts/forgeries.
* Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported two thefts of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
* Cash and credit cards were reported stolen and a vehicle window broken in Kiwanis Park.
* Buffalo Wild Wings, 2136 William St., reported the theft of food and drinks.
Burglary
* Gary Car and Truck Sales, 506 S. Kingshighway, reported a burglary, the theft of three motor vehicles and property damage.
* A burglary was reported. A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
* An attempted burglary was reported at 106 Centennial Drive.
Miscellaneous
* Money Time Check Cashier Inc., 1901 Independence St., reported counterfeit money order.
* An animal bite was reported at 1925 Good Hope St.

* Christopher Eskew, 19, of 5949 County Road 324, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a peace disturbance charge.
* Emmanuel Harris, 26, of 1463 Watson Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on probation violation.
Summons
* Daniel M. Frazer, 36, of 1420 Brookview St., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
Theft
* A theft was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Miscellaneous
* Careless and imprudent driving was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Alfredo R. Lopez, 33, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Jason D. Wise, 31, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraudulent use of a credit device.
* Robert J. Durham, 39, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to report as a sex offender.
* Christopher L. Eskew, 19, of Edgemont, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for forgery/stealing, and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for receiving stolen property.
* William T. Wiggins, 27, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to stop for a school bus.
* Sean K. Poole, 21, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway with sufficient width and failure to dim lights.
* Joshua D. Moore, 20, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of liquor by a minor.
* Justin H. Suedmeyer, 25, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for stealing.
