DWI
* Carly L. Vogelsang, 22, of 243 State Highway 4 in Jackson, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within traffic lanes.
Arrests
* Valerie A. Brooks, 47, of Old Cape Road in Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.
* Dameon W. Oakley, 23, of 119 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for property damage.
* Adam J. Stahlschmidt, 30, of 17 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Wentzville, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for dangerous drugs.
* Roy L. Jones, 28, of 1505 Stoddard St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for leaving the scene of an accident and failure to appear.
* Bobbie Jo Davis, 29, of 1024 William St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay for leaving the scene, no operator's license and no proof of insurance.
* Andrew J. Boettcher, 36, of Frohna, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summonses
* Tako S. Toney, 20, of 524 Cape Meadows Circle, received a summons for walking in the street.
* Deloise K. Jackson, 25, of 628 S. Pacific St., received a summons for walking in the street.
* Shy D. Thomas, 18, of 1126 S. Ellis St., received a summons for walking in the street.
* Jarrett M. Hicks, 24, of 1006 Jefferson Ave., received a summons for prohibited acts.
* Philip J. Howard, 24, and Randy G. Kiplinger Jr., 22, both of 230 N. Ellis St., received summonses for maintaining a disorderly house.
Assaults
* An assault was reported at 103 N. Clark Ave. Erica S. Ceja, 22, of 105 N. Clark Ave., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* Three assaults were reported.
* An assault and theft were reported.
Thefts
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported two thefts of gasoline.
* License plate tabs were reported stolen at 97 N. Kingshighway.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 3436 William St.
Burglary
* A burglary and theft of prescription medication were reported at 36 N. Pindwood Lane.
Property damage
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 3020 Boutin Drive.
* Property damage was reported. A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

Arrest
* Valerie A. Brooks, 47, of 910 Old Cape Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for trespassing.
Thefts
* A theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
* Theft of fuel was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
* Identity theft was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.
Cape Girardeau County
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* David F. Cox, 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Jeremy L. Jones, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Stephanie L. Vandeven-Schumer, 32, of Whitewater, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing a bad check, on a Scott County warrant for passing a bad check and on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear for passing a bad check.
* Lauren D. Overall, 38, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
