The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Friday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Joseph L. Myers, 26, 814 West St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* A man was taken intop custody pending charges of driving while intoxicated.
* Enrique F. Juarez, 19, 237 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Erin Nicole Smith, 28, 20 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear.
* Jannett L. Wiley, 43, 1005 S. Benton, St., was arrested on a Sikeston DPS warrant for contempt of court.
* Stacy A. Reid, 30, 1226 Greenway, Jackson, was arrested on a Lincoln County warrant for failure to appear in court for bad checks.
* Lattie A. Clark, 46, 612 Emerald St., was arrested on a parole violation.
* Emanuel Curtis Harris, 24, 338 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for bad checks.
Summonses
* Michael Lloyd Smith, 25, of 2531 Whitener St., No. 5, was issued a summons for a noise violation, a stop sign violation, no proof of insurance and a turn signal violation.
* Dawn M. Heigle, 42, 389 Fourth St., Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
Burglary
* Various items of furniture were reported stolen from Planet SEMO Apartments, 115 N. Fountain St.
* A burglary, unlawful use of a weapon and assault were reported at 234 N. Lorimier St.
Thefts
* Keys, sunglasses and cassette tapes were reported stolen at 1725 Huntington Drive.
* A wallet was reported stolen at Westfield West Park.
* Compact discs were reported stolen and a glove box was damaged at 411 Themis St.
* A wallet and credit cards were reported stolen from a vehicle at 1546 Big Bend Road.
* Tapes were reported stolen by Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.
Property damage
* A vehicle was reported scratched at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 921 Hackberry St.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 241 N. Fountain St.
* A window was reported damaged at 2531 Janet Drive.
* A window was accidentally broken at Dollar General, 724 Broadway.
