Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Saturday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Meghan B. Spies, 19, 2221 Earleen, was arrested for hindering a prosecution by not providing information on the whereabouts of a parole absconder.
* James C. Mills, of Pulaski, Ill., was arrested on a city of Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
Theft
* A theft was reported at 525 N. Silver Springs.
* Magazines and miscellaneous bills were reported stolen from a mailbox at 3113 Themis, Apt. 4.
* Tools and a red tool box were reported stolen at 11 Rivercrest, Apt. 202.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg, reported sunflower seeds stolen.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 103 N. Kingshighway.
* Cash was reported stolen at 2525 Boutin.
* Southeast Missouri Hospital Pharmacy, 1701 Lacey, reported medications taken.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported.
* A burglary was reported in which money was reported taken at Kiwanis Drive in Arena Park.
Property damage
* Truck tires were punctured at 921 S. Benton.
* A car fender was bent at 354 S. Silver Springs.
Miscellaneous
* Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of fireworks by someone underage were reported at the 300 block of South Ellis.
* A 40-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* An ex parte violation was reported.
* A violation of a full order of protection was reported at the 1000 block of William.
