Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Joseph E. Dockery, 43, of 431 Olive St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and with a revoked license.
Arrests
* Olivia Harris, 35, homeless, was arrested on Sikeston, Mo., warrant on contempt of court. The original charge was marijuana possession.
* Richard V. Davis-Boren, 23, 1245 Normal Ave., was arrested on charges of fleeing lawful detention, misdemeanor stealing and prohibited acts (yelling that could be heard by a police officer beyond 50 feet).
Summonses
* Eugene J. Scarborough, 20, of 911 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts, loud stereo.
Burglaries
* A burglary and property damage were reported at 2610 Ranchito Drive.
Thefts
* A digital camera, $20, two credit cards and a photo album were reported stolen at Cape County Park South. Also, a window was reported broken.
* Rhodes 101 reported stolen gas from its stations at 2200 William St., and 1624 N. Kingshighway.
* A purse, $300 in cash and other items were reported stolen in the 100 block of North Main Street.
Property damage
* St. Vincent de Paul Church, 815 Caruthers Ave., reported a basement window damaged.
* A door jamb was reported damaged at 1953 Delwin St., Apt. 4.
Miscellaneous
* Ponderosa, 45 S. Kingshighway, reported a counterfeit bill.
* A bicycle stolen from 1920 Whitener St. was later found.
