Arrests
* Paul Vanmeter Jr., 54, of Miller City, Ill., was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.
* Stephanie L. Reed, 36, of 1202 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failing to pay a fine, a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear.
* Melissa H. Davis, 33, of 808 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines.
* Curtis E. Cox, 17, of 925 S. Ellis St. was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* Lashonda N. Williams, 25, of 1195 E. Walnut St., Carbondale, Ill., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear.
* Ryan L. Sterling, 20, of 630 Broadridge Drive, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* Kelly L. Lenz, 17, of 115 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.
* Eric D. Tunnel, 18, of 124 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for failure to appear.
* Catina L. White, 28, was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for traffic offenses.
Summons
* Amber L. Jackson, 17, of 99. S. Park Ave., was issued a summons for harassing phone calls.
Thefts
* Two rings were reported taken from 3120 Independence St.
* Money was reported taken from 611 Mechaw Drive.
* Gas was reported stolen at Jaspers at 1009 N. Kingshighway.
* A car window was reported broken and money stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* A wallet and its contents were reported taken at 205 Caruthers Ave.
Assaults
* An assault was reported in Cape County Park.
* An assault was reported in an area park.
Miscellaneous
* A 18-year-old woman was reported missing from 40 S. Sprigg St.
* A forged check was reported at 121 S. Sprigg St.
* A 25-year-old man was reported missing.
