The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Wednesday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Shawn E. Pearson, 21, 1016 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
* Yolanda Wilkins, 34, 546 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for insufficient funds.
* Derrick Ray Bissell, 23, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* A 16-year-old male was cited into juvenile court for possession of marijuana.
* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child.
* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.
* Christopher M. Depree, 26, 1019 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a federal warrant for distribution of cocaine.
* A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while revoked, failure to yield right of way and failure to wear a seat belt.
Summonses
* John Patrick Rutherford, 910 N. Missouri St., was issued a summons for driving an unlicensed vehicle, no insurance and failure to yield.
* Ashley Ellen Foeste, 3084 County Road 696, was issued a summons for following too closely.
* Remington Blake Miller, 2224 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for operating an unlicensed vehicle and following too closely.
* Jamie M. Gibson, 233 N. Middle St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.
Thefts
* A pit bull puppy was reported stolen at 121 S. Park Ave.
* A Missouri license plate, UMAHA-1, was reported stolen in the 100 block of South Main Street.
* Money was reported stolen from the Cape Elks Lodge, 823 N. Clark Ave.
* A Missouri license plate, 513-NP1, was reported stolen at 1401 N. Kingshighway.
* A glass jug of coins was reported stolen at 207 Mason St.
* A fuse was reported stolen at 1927 N. Kingshighway.
* A driver side window was reported broken and a stereo, amplifier and CD stolen at 11 S. Benton St.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 17 Rivercrest Drive.
* A sign and mounting brackets were reported stolen at Dornoch Construction, Main Street and Broadway.
Miscellaneous
* A peace disturbance was reported.
* A wallet was found at 3006 Wisteria Drive.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items Wednesday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Shawn C. Adams, 32, 3120 Themis St., was arrested on a Jackson municipal warrant for failure to appear.
Summonses
* David Shelton, 24, of Jackson, was issued a summons for no driver's license and failure to register a vehicle.
* Kimberly S. Foulk, 40, 3935 Granite Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle and operating a mechanically defective vehicle on the roadway.
Thefts
* Theft was reported in the 300 block of North High Street.
* Theft was reported in the 3200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Miscellaneous
* A request to keep the peace was made in the 100 block of South Shawnee Avenue.
* Property was found in the 100 block of Barton Square.
* A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.
* A disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Independence Street.
* Littering was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
