The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Dustin L. Sexton, 21, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear for possession of controlled substance.
* Rickey C. Mosley, 50, of 521 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempts of court for resisting arrest and failure to pay fine for revoked operator's license.
* Nancy E. Merchant, 21, of St. Louis, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempts of court for failure to pay fine for stealing, failure to appear for probation revocation and failure to pay fine for trespassing.
* Jamey L. Chiles, 30, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license.
* Coy G. Russell, 32, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud/insufficient funds checks.
* Jimmy L. Bell, 56, of 921 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrants for contempts of court for failure to pay fines for trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Assaults
* A domestic assault and possession of marijuana were reported at 1126 N. Sprigg St. Matthew W. Ervin, 40, of 5228 State Highway 177 was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A domestic assault was reported.
* An assault was reported.
Thefts
* A theft was reported at 3967 Granite Drive. Donna A. Stewart, 47, of 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested in connection with the theft.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 115 N. Fountain St.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 224 N. Henderson Ave.
Burglary
* Edgewater Glass, 324 S. Plaza Way, reported a burglary and stolen money.
Property damage
* A vehicle window was reported broken and a box of DVDs and radio stolen at 115 N. Fountain St.
* Property damage and a theft was reported at 2845 Professional Court. Calvin D. Reed, 17, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested in connection to the complaint.
Miscellaneous
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 1238 Meadowbrook Drive.
* Harassing phone calls were reported.

* Kole A. Wingerter, 19, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for assault and armed criminal action.
* Time K. Babers, 24, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
* Kyle M. Turnbough, 19, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol.
* Brian C. Beckring, 19, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for property damage and trespassing.
* Cheryle L. Spurlock, 37, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for stealing and probation violation for stealing.
* Eddie D. Jayne, 20, of Memphis, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing motor fuel.
