DWI

* Justin Michael Locke, 20, 1504 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Dale Noah Vicory, 22, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Kane County warrant for a drug offense.

* Talecia Ann Tooks, 29, address not given, was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Cedric Raymond Bass, 25, address not given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Jennifer Leigh Morton, 18, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of stealing money from Rhodes 101, 1610 N. Kingshighway.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.

* Erica Nicole Ward, 18, 2218 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Keith Lamont McFerren, 30, 506 Cole St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a federal warrant for distribution of drugs.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for unlawful use of a weapon and assault.

* Richard Robert Robinson, 39, 1102 Landgraf Drive, Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Lillie Marie Hopkins, 45, 2815 Park Place West, Cairo, Ill., was issued a summons for assault.

* Linda Jean Martin, 50, 36 N. Pindwood St., Apt. 1S, was issued a summons for assault.

* Jesse Glenn, age not given, 2701 Lynwood Drive, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

* A paycheck was reported stolen at 1702 Broadway.

* Cigarettes were reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.

* A Gateway laptop computer was reported stolen at 2100 William St.
