DWIs

* James Lamont Massey, 34, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Andrew R. Vanek, 22, 1007 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of riving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Corey Shannon, 26, of Kansas City, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for armed criminal action and a Mississippi County warrant for probation violation.

* David Christopher Seabaugh, 38, 2400 Windy Hill Lane, was arrested on Dexter, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Tracy K. Williams, 40, of Whitewater, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Aaron L. Price, 18, 318 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Jessie J. Stokes, 61, 1102 Linden St., No. 611, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* Michael D. Johnson, 27, 943 Bellevue St., No. 6, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for trespassing.

* Shayn R. Mabury, 22, 202 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

* Cristy Harrison, 21, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Melinda M. Maxwell, 34, 1135 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

* Gregory M. Benn, 45, 627 Frederick St., Apt. B, was issued a summons for prohibited acts and resisting.

* Michael S. Hellman, 29, 124 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

* Blake W. Hendricks, 20, of Jackson, was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

* Shellee J. Cougur, 26, of Jackson, was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

* Jeremy T. Guyton, 21, of Caruthersville, Mo., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

* Larry J. Green, 24, 705 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

* Benjamin Ashauer, 902 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for stealing.

* A male juvenile was cited for burglary and trespassing at 919 S. Pacific St.

Assaults

* Third-degree domestic assault was reported.

* Assault and peace disturbance were reported at 531 Boxwood Drive.

Thefts

* A CD player and hunting knife were reported stolen at 2867 Whitener St., Apt. B-4.

* Two tape measures and a saw were reported stolen from K&K Construction, 2859 Hopper Road.

* Vehicle glass was broken and an amplifier, CDs and a CD case were reported stolen at 2847 Whitener St.

* Forgery was reported.

* An iPod was reported stolen at Perry Avenue and Broadway.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at Hopper Road and Mount Auburn Road.

Property damage

* A car door was reported damaged at 202 S. Broadview St.

* The front door of a residence was reported broken at 1409 Mississippi St.

* A car window was reported broken at Parkview Drive and Capaha Trail.

Miscellaneous

* Driving while revoked was reported at Frederick and North streets.

* Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at 3440 Lowes Drive.

* A license plate was found on Highway 74.
