The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Bernard L. Henderson, 25, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest by flight, leaving the scene of an accident, driving while revoked, two stop sign violations and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

  • Timothy M. Drake, 30, 25 Village Drive, No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine and marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Leonard McAdory, 34, 623 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Sylvester Smith, 57, 2 N. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and burglary.
  • Randy J. Amelunke Jr., 23, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine.
  • Tracy J. Smith, 42, 2824 Themis St. No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and ulawful use of a weapon.
  • Eugene Haley, 30, 1327 N. West End Blvd. No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and property damage.
  • Kelli S. Schulte, 41, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration and assault.
  • Mark E. Brazel, 36, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Derrick D. Reed, 17, 622 Bellevue St., Apt. E, was arrested on a Chaffee, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for traffic offenses.

  • A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

  • Clothing and jewelry were reported stolen at 1334 Ashland Hills Drive.
  • Kohl's Clothing, 315 Shirley Drive, reported a theft of clothing. Jaime M. Followell, 31, 486 Welling Ave., Jackson, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
  • A CD case, CDs and portable CD player were reported stolen at 422 N. Mount Auburn Road.

Property damage

  • A vehicle hood and windshield were reported damaged at 905 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

  • Interference with custody was reported.
  • Prohibited acts were reported.
  • A 25-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

  • A theft was reported in the 200 block of Old Toll Road.
