Police reports 5/15/08

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Matthew D. Dees, 34, of Columbia, Mo., was arrested on a probation violation for child neglect.
• John S. Martin, 27, 1541 Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
• A subject was in custody pending charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of anhydrous ammonia in an unapproved container and resisting arrest.
• Asian N. Davis, 17, of Sikeston, Mo., and Markelia D. Williamson, 19, of Sikeston were arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

n Curtis A. Session Jr., 23, 58 Centennial Drive, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of high weeds.

• Benjamin R. Gosche, 29, 1720 Dunklin St., was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance vehicle.
• Terry J. Torres, 19, 2837 Themis St., No. 5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Assault

• Domestic assault and property damage were reported.

Thefts

• Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
• A boat was reported stolen at 815 Themis St.
• A Missouri license plate was reported stolen.
• Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Miscellaneous

n A violation of an order of protection was reported.

• An animal bite was reported at 1515 Bertling St.
