  • Lydia L. Lockridge, 20, 800 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for no operator's license.
  • Neil N. Howland, 19, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 315, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
  • Christopher A. Caldwell, 22, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

  • Thomas P. Kockenkemper, 41, 2824 Themis St., No. 6, was issued a summons for property damage.
  • Jonathan G. Marshall, 31, 1927 Kingshighway, No. 20, was issued a summons for a peace disturbance.
  • Terrelle T. Hulbert, 26, 503 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for a leash law violation.
