Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court and two suspects were in custody pending charges for robbery.
- Lydia L. Lockridge, 20, 800 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for no operator's license.
- Neil N. Howland, 19, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 315, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
- Christopher A. Caldwell, 22, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Summonses
- Thomas P. Kockenkemper, 41, 2824 Themis St., No. 6, was issued a summons for property damage.
- Jonathan G. Marshall, 31, 1927 Kingshighway, No. 20, was issued a summons for a peace disturbance.
- Terrelle T. Hulbert, 26, 503 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for a leash law violation.
Thefts
- Jasper's, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
- Smoker's Outlet, 2116 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
- A burglary was reported at 2518 Albert St.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

- A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

- Harassment was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
