The following items were released Thursday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Kittrel E. Braselman, 42, 507 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing gas and electricity from Ameren UE at 529 S. Ellis St. and 507 S. Ellis St.
* Kathryn L. Braselman, 33, 507 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing gas and electricity from Ameren UE at 507 S. Ellis St.
* Corey Allen Estes, 29, of Scott City, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.
* Lola Ann Cox, 46, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for failure to appear.
* Anthony F. Siebert, 20, of Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving.
* Jennifer M. Miller, 21, of Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
* Jamie Lee White, 27, of Sikeston, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and on a Sikeston Department of Public Safety warrant for contempt of court.
* Eric David Aide, 21, 622 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* A 14-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
* A subject was in custody pending further action for being an illegal alien.
Summonses
* Thelma R. Irwin, 426 Julie St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Jean Douglas, of Jackson, was issued a summons for following too closely.
Assault
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Two separate incidents of rape were reported.
Theft
* Failure to return rental property was reported at Aaron's Sales and Leasing, 334 S. Kingshighway. Items not returned included a 52-inch RCA TV, a sofa, love seat, two end tables, a cocktail table, two lamps and a 20-inch TV/DVD combo.
* A blue Nokia cellular phone was reported stolen at 622 Jefferson Ave.
* A tote bag was reported stolen in the 600 block of Thilenius Street.
Property damage
* A vehicle mirror was reported damaged at Pacific Street and College Hill.
Miscellaneous
* A 22-year-old white male with brown hair and brown eyes was reported missing.
* Interference with custody was reported.
* Failure to maintain litter-free property was reported.
Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items Thursday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Theft
* Theft was reported in the 1900 block of Lee Avenue.
Miscellaneous
* Child abuse was reported in the 400 block of West Adams Street.
* A request was made to keep the peace in the 600 block of Otto Drive.
* A suspicious person was reported in the 2500 block of Ridge Way.
* Probation violation was reported in the city park.
* A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 400 block of West Independence Street.
* An affray was reported in the 100 block of South Hope Street.
* Vandalism was reported in the 100 block of West Main Street.
