Arrests

* Christopher D. O'Connell, 42, 246 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Brian S. Meredith, 21, 2802 Independence St., Apt. 11, and Joshua K. Moore, 21, 1018 S. Benton St., were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

* Jeffery V. Mirgeaux, 44, 2038 Perryville Road, was arrested on suspicion of an ex parte violation.

* Michael L. Urhahn, 25, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Tameka J. Easton, 20, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Bartolone Quinta, 25, 403 N. Park St., Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a single lane, failure to secure new registration, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to maintain proof of insurance and driving without a valid license.

* Leonard J. Morgan, 37, 506 Willow St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance, driving while suspended and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Dustin D. Barnhart, 18, of Anna, Ill., and Nicholas R. Boyd, 22, of Anna, were arrested on suspicion of stealing and property damage.

* Martin E. Morales, 17, 229 W. Park Ave., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault and property damage.

* Javier Morales, 17, 229 W. Park Ave., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for third-degree domestic assault and an ex parte violation.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for littering and resisting arrest.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for first-degree burglary and stealing.

Summonses

* Kevin J. Jansen, 49, 606 S. Silver Springs Road, Apt. A, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Sammie G. Pounds, of Whitewater, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Lindsey Lane Robinson, 18, 416 N. Frederick St., and Christopher Allan Messmer, 19, 416 N. Frederick St., Apt. 2, were issued summonses for peace disturbance.

* Christine Marianne Stokes, 2183 Derbyshire St., was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Rudolph Earnest Richard, 630 Bellevue St., Apt. B., was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
