The following items were released to by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Jacob I. Daugherty, 19, of Warrenton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, exhibition driving and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
Arrests
* Tarry R. Stone, 41, of 331 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for bad checks.
* Shawna L. Howell, 20, of 1002 Jefferson Ave., were arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for not having a driver's license.
* Liesl K. Shoulk, 18, of 1000 Towers Circle, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* A 15-year-old was taken into custody for absconding.
* Michael A. Hernandez, 18, of Waterloo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of intoxicants.
* Justin G. Blackmon, 26, of 1601 Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of fleeing lawful detention.
Assault
* An assault was reported in the 400 block of Morgan Oak Street.
Thefts
* FSI Heartland, 629 Good Hope St., reported checks stolen.
* Kohl's, 215 Shirley Drive, reported clothing taken. Talisha N. Pillow, 22, of Tamms Ill., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* Cash was reported stolen at 1400 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 79.
* A duffle bag was reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.
* An attempted burglary was reported.
* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a stolen DVD. Thomas D. Frederick, 32, of 205 Jetta Mae, Scott City, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A Sony stereo was reported stolen at 3049 William St.
Property damage
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 2852 Independence St.
* A vehicle was reported damaged and an amplifier stolen at 621 Good Hope St.
* A vehicles driver's side door was reported damaged at 202 Siemers Drive.
Miscellaneous
* Trespassing was reported at 1101 S. Ranney Ave.
