* One person was in custody pending charges for driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child.
Arrests
* Deanna M. Lopez, 27, of 840 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud/insufficient funds.
* Christina A. Turner, 33, of 302 Albert St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for property free of litter.
* John R. Miller, 26, of 615 W. Washington St. in Jackson, was arrested on a Osage Beach, Mo., warrant for failures to appear for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
* Blake C. Muser, 24, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
* Rosita Williams, 39, of 1318 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a probation violation warrant for passing bad checks.
* Jon D. Holland, 28, of Scott City, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for stealing.
* Bradley A. Crowden, 26, of 2819 Whitener St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Lloyd E. Phillips, 49, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
* Daniel L. Roy, 26, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for possession of narcotic equipment and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempts of court for revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear for no insurance card.
* Jonathan W. Eftink, 27, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while revoked and operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility
Summons
* Christin R. Beard, 24, of 1007 S. Pacific St., received a summons for trespassing.
Assaults
* Two domestic assaults were reported.
* One person was in custody pending charges for domestic assault, assault and tampering with a motor vehicle
Thefts
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported the theft of a DVD player.
* Money was reported stolen at 210 S. Hanover St.
* Amerimart, 1320 West Cape Rock Drive, reported the theft of gasoline.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 2106 Independence St.
* A green and black bicycle was reported stolen at 1416 William St.
* A bank card was reported stolen at 231 S. Hanover St.
* Rhodes, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported two thefts of gasoline.
* A wallet was reported stolen on Henderson Avenue.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 11 S. Lorimier St. A camcorder, guitar and assorted DVDs were reported stolen.
Miscellaneous
* Forgery was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* Cliff's Rent to Own Inc., 612 Morgan Oak St., reported the failure to return rental property.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

* John R. Miller, 26, of 615 W. Washington St., was arrested on a Osage Beach, Mo.. warrant for failure to appear.
* Travis D. Ray, 20, of 1022 N. Frederick St. in Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
Summons
* Darren Strum, 33, of 214 S. Missouri St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to stop for a posted stop sign.
Assaults
* A 12- and 13-year-old boy were cited into juvenile court for assault.
* An assault was reported in the 1300 block of Brandom Street.
Theft
* A burglary was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.
* Vandalism was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

* Larry D. Woods, 31, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for non-support.
