The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items on Saturday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Christopher Johnston, 20, 622 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
* A suspect was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of making a false declaration.
* Petula Landfair, 36, 419 S. Pacific St., was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and interfering with an arrest.
* A suspect was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
Summonses
* Erin Greshan, 20, 506 Havard Drive, Scott City, was charged with a noise violation.
Thefts
* Medication was reported stolen from 1238 Linden St., Apt. 3.
* A bicycle was reported stolen from 409 Clark Ave.
* A theft was reported at 44 N. Pindwood Lane.
* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
* Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
Assaults
* A domestic assault was reported at 1111 Harmony St.
* A domestic assault was reported at 526 S. Benton St.
* An assault was reported at 635 Charles St.
Property damage
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 1010 Elm St.
* A window was reported broken at 127 S. West End Blvd.
* A vehicle damaged the lawn of Notre Dame Regional High School on Saturday and left the scene.
Miscellaneous
* Telephone harassment was reported.
* A bicycle was found in the 600 block of Broadway.
* Harassment was reported.
