Arrests

* Christopher Johnston, 20, 622 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.

* A suspect was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of making a false declaration.

* Petula Landfair, 36, 419 S. Pacific St., was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and interfering with an arrest.

* A suspect was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Erin Greshan, 20, 506 Havard Drive, Scott City, was charged with a noise violation.

Thefts

* Medication was reported stolen from 1238 Linden St., Apt. 3.

* A bicycle was reported stolen from 409 Clark Ave.

* A theft was reported at 44 N. Pindwood Lane.

* Telephone harassment was reported.

* A bicycle was found in the 600 block of Broadway.
