The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items on Friday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Delicia Marleen Holifield, 26, 3007 Wisteria Drive, Apt. C, was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear for speeding.

* Jessica Monique Richmond, 23, 1429 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for insufficient check funds.

* Jason Andrew Williams, 26, 302 N. Locust St., Bertrand, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Heather Ann Brown, 17, 409 N. Shawnee Blvd., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Kohl's, 276 Siemers Drive.

* Scott Wayne Legrand, 48, 403 S. Silver Springs Road, was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on right half of roadway.

* Larry Henry Simkins, 38, of Pulaski, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Eric Leonard Horstmen, 21, 1316 Wayne St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on right half of the roadway.

* Julie Ann Tipton, 41, 1810 Scotts Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Summons

* Quida Rachel Green, 17, 925 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for harassing phone calls.

* William Alan Godwin, 53, 909 Bloomfield St., was issued a summons for stealing.

Burglary

* Burglary and property damage were reported.

Thefts

* Medications were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

* Shoe Carnival, 276 Siemers Drive, reported boots and shoes were stolen.

* A purse was reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* Two cases of assault were reported.

* Three cases of forged checks and four cases of fraudulent use of a debit device were reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Harassing phone calls were reported.

* Trespassing was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a debit device was reported at 1146 N. Sprigg St. and 11 S. Kingshighway.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items Friday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Lawrence E. Kanaday, 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Joshua J. Brumeister, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Tywonne T. Turner, 30, of Alorton, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Randall L. Brown, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for third-degree domestic assault, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Vicki A. Bennett, 42, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for possession of a controlled substance and stealing.

Summonses

* Brian S. Meredith, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

* Lionel L. Dixon, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.
