The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items on Thursday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Timothy E. Pappas, 49, 150 S. Silver Springs Road, No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failing to obey flashing red light.
Arrests
* Omar T. Johnson, 25, 1515 N. Water St., was arrested for domestic assault and possession of a controlled substance.
* Jamie L. Chiles, 30, of Puxico, Mo., was arrested on a municipal warrant for failure to appear for suspended operators license.
* Christina A. Calvert-Wyatt, 26, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested for traffic violations and expired plates.
Burglary
* Cash, a DVD player and miscellaneous CDs and DVDs were reported stolen during a burglary at 534 S. Hanover St.
Theft
* An automatic pistol was reported stolen at 3265 William St.
Property damage
* City of Cape Girardeau reported gravestones damaged at 835 Caruthers Ave.
* Vinyl siding was reported damaged at 1117 Emily Court.
Miscellaneous
* Trespassing was reported at 646 S. Henderson Ave.
* Sexual abuse was reported.
* A juvenile, 15, was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
* Interference with child custody was reported.
* A 12-year-old was reported as a runaway, found and cited into juvenile court.
* A plastic baggy containing marijuana was reported found at 1101 Bloomfield.
