DWI
* Ronald Eugene Caudle, 26, of 1928 Delwin St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Eric Joseph Shorley, 23, of 1920 Pamela St., Florissant, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Ronald Deane Heyl, 51, of 130 Pearl St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* Tony Lamark Harris Sr. 43, of 401 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a warrant.
* Takara Tranata Martin, 27, of 1170 Cherry St., Pulaski, Ill., was arrested on a warrant.
* A 37-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 54-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 23-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
Summonses
* Anthony Carl Irlbeck, 24, of 1854 New Madrid St., was issued a summons on suspicion of assault.
* Derk Joseph Dirnberger, 25, of 1854 New Madrid St., was issued a summons on suspicion of assault.
* Chuck Allen Kitchen, 28, of 608 Albert St., was issued a summons on suspicion of noise violation.
* Jaclyn Michelle Bajier, 19, of 10 Hazelnut St., Florissant, Mo., was issued a summons for misrepresentation of age by a minor.
Assaults
* An assault was reported in the 500 block of Cape Meadows Drive.
* A domestic assault was reported at 121 E. Rodney Ave.
Thefts
* A sign stand was reported taken from Gatherings Cafe at 338 Broadway.
* A cell phone was reported taken at 316 Independence St.
* Cash was reported taken at 617 N. Spanish St.
Burglary
* Video games were reported taken from 128 S. Park Ave.
* Checks and cash were reported taken from 409 N. Clark Ave.
Miscellaneous
* A purse was reported found on North Fountain Street.
* An attempted escape was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* A peace disturbance was reported at 141 West Drive.
