The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Friday. Arrests do not imply guilt:
Arrests
* James E. Hamilton, no age or address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
* A suspect was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while revoked, unlicensed vehicle, no insurance and no seat belt.
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on a warrant.
* Gene T. Wren, 25, 1721 Cape Meadows Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing and probation violation.
* Richard S. Wren, 22, 1531 Cape Meadows Drive, Apt. 15, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation.
* A suspect was taken into custody pending the filing of formal charges for resisting arrest.
* Connie Louise Young, 41, 923 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, unlicensed vehicle, no insurance and no seat belt.
* Jesse Joseph Boyer, 24, 12477 Village Drive, Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
Summonses
* Dennis J. Kimble, 20, 507 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons on suspicion of prohibited acts and driving while revoked.
* Steven R. Ireland, 24, 2160 County Road 603, Jackson, was issued a summons on suspicion of disobeying temporary traffic signs.
Assault
* Third-degree assault was reported.
* First-degree burglary and unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
Thefts
* A vehicle was reported damaged and binoculars taken at 815 Themis St.
* Cash was reported stolen from Saffron, 97 N. Kingshighway.
* A cellular phone was reported stolen at Trane, 2406 William St.
* A Missouri license plate, number 430KM4, was reported stolen at Cape Girardeau city offices.
* A purse was reported stolen at 3120 Independence St.
* Cash was reported stolen at 341 N. Main St.
* Gasoline was reported stolen at D-Mart, 3276 William St.
* A vehicle was reported damaged and sunglasses taken in the 100 block of Independence Street.
Miscellaneous
* Check forgery was reported at 2027 Broadway.
* A cell phone was reported lost at 830 N. Fountain St.
* Supplying liquor to a minor was reported.
* Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at William Street and Siemers Drive.

* Deborah S. Lynch, 50, 117 E. Park St., Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Theft was reported on West Jackson Boulevard.
* Burglary was reported in the 800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Burglary was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Miscellaneous
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Eastview Court.
