DWIs

* Bruce E. Fultz, 48, 1416 N. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Edward J. Schnider, 31, of Green Bay, Wis., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

* Beverly D. Nanney, 27, 501 Albert St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and filing to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Joey Hamilton, 24, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Aaron A. Evans, 44, 2408 Albert Rasche, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failing to appear for speeding.

* Christopher C. Hennecke, 21, of Scott City, was arrested in Cape Girardeau on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.

* Yavonn E. Gary, 32, 27 N. Hanover St., Apt. B, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for forgery.

* Shaun M. Potts, 21, 337 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and failing to obey a flashing red light.

Summonses

* Michael A. Thomas, 27, 45 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for failing to move vehicle with reasonable safety.

* Sonya C. Legrand, 18, of Scott City, was issued a summons for a park curfew violation.

* Travis G. Lowe, 18, of Scott City, was issued a summons for a park violation.

Assaults

* Two domestic assaults were reported.

Thefts

* The City of Cape Girardeau's Fire Station No. 1 reported burn tanks stolen.

* Cingular Wireless, 97 N. Kingshighway, reported money stolen.

* Prescription glasses, blue jeans and a long-sleeve shirt were reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg.

Property damage

* An exterior door and frame was reported damaged at 1721 Northwoods.

* A garage door was reported as part of an accidental property damage.

Miscellaneous

* A subject was taken into custody on suspicion of hindering prosecution and prohibited use of a license.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported on Louisiana Street.

* A stolen check was recovered.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 2318 Earleen.

* Bobby G. Turner, 34, 153 N. West Lane, was arrested for failing to stop at a stop sign.
