Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items on Sunday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
<li> Roy L. Joyce Sr., 48, 912 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at stop sign and not wearing a seat belt.
Arrests
<li> Henry E. Curtis, 21, 807 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for unlawful possession of a concealed firearm.
<li> Robert L. Camp III, 27, 806 E. Maple St., Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked liscense and improper registration.
<li> Tiffany G. Butler, 22, 601 North St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for making a false report.
<li> Daniel M. Hernandez, 26, 117 N. Clark Ave., was arrested for littering.
<li> Kevin L. Bentley, 38, 1732 Stoddard Court, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
<li> A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
Summonses
<li> Trevar J. Todt, 20, 15 Village Drive, was issued a summons for littering from a motor vehicle.
<li> Shaun M. Potts, 21, 337 N. Middle St., was issued a summons for disorderly house.
<li> Daniel R. Berry, 24, 1108 Perry Ave, was issued a summons for disorderly house.
Thefts
<li> A box of 50 checks, money order and pay stubs were reported stolen from 315 N. Frederick St.
<li> A girl's white bicycle was reported stolen from 1432 Water St.
<li> A wallet was reported stolen at 2838 Whitener St.
<li> Two checks were reported stolen from 1500 Stoddard St.
Property damage
<li> Tampering was report at 2114 Yorktown Drive.
<li> A vehicle was reported sprayed with substance at 416 S. Sprigg St.
Miscellaneous
<li> A credit card was found at 160 S. Broadview St.
