Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items on Saturday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

<li> Elizabeth A. Heise, 21, 105 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and a stop sign violation.

Arrests

<li> Randall J. Hanstein, 24, 700 W. Fifth St., Scott City, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to pay fines for no proof of insurance and contempt of court for failure to pay fines for speeding.

<li> A subject was in custody pending formal charges of theft.

<li> A subject was in custody pending formal charges of theft.

Summonses

<li> Dorothy L. Pugh, no age given, 920 Hickory Hills, Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

<li> Amber L. Swader, 21, 535 S. Benton St., Shauna M. Neese, 24, 422 Bellevue St., and Jo N. Cougill, 25, 422 Bellevue St., received summonses for prohibited noise.

Thefts

<li> Robbery was reported.

<li> A black and white homemade trailer was reported stolen at 2351 Rust Ave.

<li> A paint sprayer, construction tools and an air compressor were reported stolen at 3440 Lowes Drive.

<li> A 10-speed Huffy bicycle was reported stolen at 909 Hackberry St.

<li> Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes, 1610 N. Kingshighway.

<li> Gasoline was reported stolen at Jasper's, 1008 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

<li> A boat tarp cover was reported damaged at 410 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

<li> A 15-year-old hirl was reported missing.

<li> An ex parte violation was reported.

<li> Possession of an imitation controlled substance was reported.
