The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Marvin Tucker, 26, 3210 Elm St., Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Thomas Patrick Klockenkemper, 38, 170 Main St., McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Joshua Clark Crowley, 22, 124 Foust, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for failure to appear for bad checks.

* Grant Franklin Morgan, 29, 1400 S. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no seatbelt.

* Eric Lee Ford, 38, 259 N. Park Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested on city warrants for failure to appear for indecent exposure and failure to appear for peace disturbance.

Theft

* Blank checks were reported stolen from 916 College St.

* Four Wrangler Goodyear radial tires were reported stolen from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen twice from Rhodes 101, 1610 N. Kingshighway.

* A satellite radio receiver was reported stolen at 419 N. Frederick St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen from 210 N. Hanover St.

Property Damage

* A bedroom window was reported damaged at 213 Clark Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Forged checks were reported passed at Sleepy Hollow Home Center, 1809 N. Kingshighway, Shivelbines Music Store, 535 Broadway, and US Bank, 325 N. Kingshighway.

* A green 1996 Dodge Stratus was reported towed from 1107 N. West End Blvd.

Jackson

The following items were released Tuesday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of Kent Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Bunker Drive and on West Main Street.
