* Whitney L. Fisher, 19, of 7 Berry Bluff Court, Wildwood, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Michael A. Campbell, 32, of 3019 Aspen Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and resisting arrest.
* Deanna E. Dodd, 26, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of failure to use child restraint and driving while suspended.
Summons
* Leah L. Henderson, 18, 11751 Kingston St., Festus, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to drive in a single lane.
Thefts
* Stolen cash and second-degree burglary were reported at KEB CPAs and Management, 1221 Broadway.
* Stolen DVDs and second-degree burglary were reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.
* A stolen CD burner and second-degree burglary were reported at 1606 Independence St., Suite 5.
* Stolen cash and second-degree burglary were reported at 1606 Independence St., Suite 6.
Property damage
* A window and door were reported damaged at Stanley, Dirnberger, Hopper and Associates at 1441 N. Mount Auburn Road.
* Property damage was reported at 1502 Independence St.
Miscellaneous
* A bicycle was reported found at 1123 William St.
