Arrests
* Xitan Chen, 34, 1330 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of stealing following a reported theft at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Anna Maria Holley, 52, 1438 N. Water St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for identity theft.
Summons
* Shirley J. Ramos, 49, 730 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
Thefts
* Guns and scopes were reported stolen from 1965 David St.
* A purse was reported stolen from 823 Clark Ave.
* Theft was reported from Plaza Auto Sales, 60 S. Kingshighway.
* A checkbook, debit card and food stamp card were reported stolen from 1142 N. Kingshighway.
* Nintendo games were reported stolen from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St. A juvenile was cited into juvenile court in connection with the incident.
Property damage
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 1701 Rand St.
Jackson
The following items were released Friday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrest
* A 17-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of assault in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
Miscellaneous
* Vandalism was reported in the 300 block of West Washington Street.
Cape Girardeau County Sheriff
The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* Robert S. Jenkins, 49, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Steven A. Stenzhorn, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Sumner L. Harris, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to return to confinement.
* Jeremy A. Rollet, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of failure to pay court costs.
* Bruce A. Smith, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County probation violation warrant on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
* Sheila E. Bass, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County probation violation warrant on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Summons
* Matthew L. Houren, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
