DWI
* Michael Joseph Flynn, 20, 1600 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving on a revoked license and running a stop sign.
Arrests
* Qurchane Lamont Wallace, 31, 146 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 4, was arrested on city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines and no license.
* Derek Ray Graves, 22, no address given, was arrested on a city warrant for littering on private property.
* Victor Lawrence Hogan, 22, 518 S. Ellis St., Apt. N, was arrested on suspicion of assault and adult abuse.
* Edwin James Rulo, 17, 2501 Leroy Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Michael Anthony Fischer, 24, 214 Estate Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraudulent use of a credit device.
Summonses
* Thomas Cy Benton, 53, 1305 Annette Lane, Jackson, was issued a summons on suspicion of stealing and property damage.
* Grant Tucker St. George, 22, 807 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for littering.
Theft
* A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 856 N. Kingshighway.
* A camera cell phone was reported stolen at 121 S. Sprigg St.
Property Damage
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 2118 Brink St.
* Cabinets were reported damaged and a bed taken from Goehman Apartments, 45 S. West End Blvd.
