The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Joseph M. Jones, 22, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.

* Brandy L. Martin, 19, of Pope Air Force Base, N.C., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Famous Barr.

* Robert C. Bobb, 37, of 209 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.

* Larry Coats, 36, of 417-A Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary and resisting arrest.

* James E. Pittman, 35, of 823 Maple Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, second-degree robbery and second-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.

Summonses

* Dennis W. Lipps, 40, 3115 Timmar Lane, was issued a summons for a violation of the R-1 single-family district regulations.

* Robert A. Carter, 51, 1106 S. Sprigg, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Theft

* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A license plate was reported stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken out at Sprigg and Emerald streets.

Miscellaneous

* A 30-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 15-year old girl was cited into juvenile court as a runaway.

* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court as a runaway.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at Water Street and Broadway.

* A vehicle was towed at 617 Sycamore Street.

Jackson

The following items were released Monday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Justin A. Grayson, 20, 714 Andrew St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and drugs and for being a minor in possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

* Ian N. Saputo, 24, of 1305 S. Farmington Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant contempt of court on traffic charges, a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear on traffic charges and issued a summons for driving while suspended.

* Rodney J. Rush, 37, of 428 N. High St., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault, peace disturbance and third-degree assault of a law-enforcement officer.

* Ishmael P. Rodriguez, 23, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

Property damage

* Easter decorations were reportedly damaged in the 200 block of North High Street.

* Landscaping was reportedly damaged in the 2500 block of Alpine Street.

* A vehicle's paint was reportedly damaged in the 200 block of Elwanda Drive.

* Mailboxes were reportedly damaged in the 100 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.

* Home siding was reportedly damaged in the 500 block of Old Cape Road.

Peace disturbance

* A report of peace disturbance was made in the 100 block of South High Street. A second report was made later.

* A report of peace disturbance was made in the 400 block of East Lane.

Miscellaneous

* A report was made of telephone harassment in the 4900 block of Old Cape Road East.

* A report of animal neglect was made in the 1200 block of Greenway Drive.

* A report of an ex parte violation was made in the 600 block of West Adams Street.

* A report of a child custody dispute was made in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

* A broken lawn statue was found in the 700 block of Highland Drive.

* A fight was reported on Olive Street.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
